Terms of Use
By using italysdigitalnomadvisa.com you agree to the terms below. They are intentionally short and plain.
Last updated: 2026 · Operated by Nômade Media
1. Information, not advice
All content on this site — visa guidance, checklists, codice fiscale instructions, residency comparisons, lawyer and real-estate listings, blog posts, city guides, and culture essays — is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes:
- Legal advice
- Immigration advice
- Tax advice
- Financial or investment advice
- Medical advice
Italian visa rules, fees, processing times, and procedures change frequently and may vary by consulate. Always verify current requirements directly with the Italian consulate covering your jurisdiction and consult a licensed Italian immigration lawyer (registered with the Ordine degli Avvocati) before making decisions or commitments based on this content.
2. No warranty
This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for any particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of this site is at your own risk.
3. Third-party listings and outbound links
The site includes references and outbound links to third parties — government portals, immigration lawyers, real estate agencies, tax accountants, and reference websites. These references are based on publicly available information at the time of publication. Inclusion is not an endorsement. We have no control over third-party content, fees, or service quality. Always:
- Verify an Italian lawyer's Albo registration with the relevant Ordine degli Avvocati (each province publishes its directory)
- Verify a real-estate agent's iscrizione al Registro Imprese / Camera di Commercio and any required FIAIP membership
- Get fee quotes in writing (a preventivo)
- Read each third party's own terms before transacting
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nômade Media, Italy's Digital Nomad Visa, and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, including but not limited to: visa denials or delays, financial losses, missed deadlines, or any decisions made based on content found on this site.
5. Fair use of content
Original written content, the logo, and design of this site are © Nômade Media (publisher of Nômade Italia / Italy's Digital Nomad Visa). You may:
- Read, share, and link to pages on this site freely
- Quote short passages with attribution and a link back to the original page
You may not republish full pages, copy our logo or design without permission, scrape the site at high frequency, or repost content as your own. Photographs are © their respective photographers and may not be reused without permission.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use this site for unlawful purposes, to harass other visitors, or to attempt to compromise its security. Bots, scrapers, and other automated tools must respect robots.txt and reasonable rate limits.
7. Featured Listings (sponsorship program)
The following terms govern any paid Featured Listing or related sponsorship placement (the "Placement") on Nômade Italia. Submitting an application via our sponsor page does not by itself create an agreement; an agreement is formed only when both parties confirm acceptance in writing (email is sufficient) and payment is received.
7.1 The offering
A Featured Listing consists of (a) a sponsored card placed at the top of one Resources directory category, and (b) one published case study article in our editorial section. Featured Listings are offered on either a three-month (quarterly) term or a twelve-month (annual prepay) term. The annual term is billed in advance at a discounted rate, and the case study publishes once at the start of the placement; the listing card remains pinned for the duration of the chosen term. Pricing, format, and inclusions are set out on the sponsor page and may change for new applicants from time to time. The price quoted at the time of your application is what applies to your Placement.
7.2 Term, renewal, and availability
Each Placement covers one calendar quarter (three months). Placements do not auto-renew. Toward the end of your quarter we will reach out about renewal options, but renewal is not guaranteed and is always subject to slot availability and our editorial discretion. We do not guarantee continuous placement across consecutive quarters.
7.3 Sponsor-supplied content
Featured Partners are responsible for providing all listing card and case study copy, along with any logos, images, and supporting materials. By submitting content for publication, the sponsor represents and warrants that:
- The content is accurate, not misleading, and not in violation of any law or regulation applicable to the sponsor's profession or jurisdiction (including, without limitation, professional-conduct rules for lawyers, accountants, and other regulated professionals);
- The sponsor owns or has the necessary rights to use all submitted text, logos, photographs, client references, and any other materials;
- Any client testimonials, case studies, or applicant stories have been provided with the consent of the individuals involved, and any personally identifying details have been pseudonymized or used with permission.
By submitting content the sponsor grants Nômade Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, publish, and promote that content on this site and in associated marketing channels (e.g., newsletter, social media) for the duration of the Placement and a reasonable archival period thereafter.
7.4 Editorial control
Nômade Media retains full editorial control over all sponsored content. We review every submission for tone, accuracy, factual fit, and consistency with our editorial standards, may request revisions, and reserve the right to decline to publish content we cannot align with our standards. Nothing in a Placement agreement obligates us to publish content we do not approve.
Sponsorship does not influence our coverage of competitors, our checklist, our visa or residency guides, or any other editorial content. Our standard directory listings remain at the discretion of our editors, with or without payment.
7.5 Removal & refunds
We reserve the right to remove a Featured Listing at any time if (a) we receive substantiated reader complaints we cannot resolve with the sponsor, (b) the sponsor's status changes in a way that materially affects fit (e.g., loss of professional registration), (c) the sponsor materially breaches these terms, or (d) we determine the placement is no longer in our readers' interest. In such cases we will refund the unused portion of the quarter on a pro-rata basis. If we decline an application after payment has been made, we will refund the payment in full.
Sponsors may cancel a Placement at any time, but we do not refund the current quarter for sponsor-initiated cancellations made after publication; we will simply not invoice subsequent quarters. For annual prepaid Placements: if we initiate removal for cause under (a)-(d) above, we refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis (months remaining ÷ 12 × the prepaid total). Sponsor-initiated cancellations of an annual prepaid Placement made after the case study has published do not refund the unused portion; the listing card and case study remain live for the remainder of the term unless the sponsor requests removal, in which case no refund is owed.
7.6 No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific level of traffic, clicks, leads, conversions, or revenue from a Placement. Reported analytics describe activity actually observed; they are not promises of future performance.
7.7 Indemnification
The sponsor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nômade Media, the operators of this site from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) the sponsor's submitted content, (b) the sponsor's services delivered to readers who reach them through this site, (c) the sponsor's breach of these terms or any applicable law or professional standard, or (d) the sponsor's representations and warranties under section 7.3 proving inaccurate.
7.8 Disclosure
All Featured Listings are visibly labeled as paid placements (with a "★ Featured Partner" ribbon). Sponsorship of this site is also disclosed in our footer affiliate disclosure on every page. Sponsors agree not to ask us to remove or obscure these labels.
7.9 Independent businesses
Nômade Media is an independent publisher; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any sponsor, the Italian government, the Agenzia delle Entrate, the Ministero degli Affari Esteri, or any consulate. Featured Partners are independent businesses; we are not responsible for the services they provide to their clients, the outcome of any visa application, or any agreement between a sponsor and a reader who contacts them through this site.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes shall first be addressed in good faith between the parties; if unresolved, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Moore County, North Carolina (the operator is based in West End, North Carolina).
10. Publisher & contact
This site is published by Nômade Media, an independent digital-publishing company that maintains a small portfolio of country-specific digital nomad visa guides. For questions about these terms, email info@nomademedia.travel.
These terms are provided as a good-faith template and do not constitute legal advice. If you require formal terms-of-service documentation tailored to your jurisdiction, consult a qualified attorney.
